3D Printing Plastic Metal Resin Ceramic Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic
Product introduction
3D printing is a layer-by-layer manufacturing method that directly transforms mathematical models into physical products. This technology can not only be used for rapid prototyping, but also widely used in customized production and small batch production.

Production technology
1. Digital modeling: Use CAD software to create or obtain 3D model files.
2. Model preparation: Use preprocessing software to repair and optimize the model, and add support structures.
3. Printing device settings: Prepare the printer, load appropriate printing materials, and set printing parameters.
4. Printing process:
The printer builds the object by stacking materials layer by layer starting from the bottom layer according to the instructions of the G-code file. Common 3D printing technologies include:
FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling): Extruded plastic filament is built up layer by layer through heating.
SLA (stereolithography): Using laser to solidify liquid photosensitive resin to form layer by layer.
SLS (Selective Laser Sintering): Using a laser to sinter powder materials layer by layer.
Monitor the printing process to ensure smooth printing and handle possible problems (such as material clogging, poor inter-layer adhesion, etc.) in a timely manner.
5. Post-processing
①Remove support structure:
After printing, carefully remove the support structure and use tools (such as pliers, tweezers, scissors, etc.) to assist in removal to avoid damage to the finished product.
②Make necessary surface preparation:
Grinding and polishing: Use sandpaper, grinder and other tools to grind the surface to remove layers and burrs and improve the surface finish.
③Painting and Painting: Paint, paint, or use other surface coatings as needed to improve appearance and performance.
④Bonding and assembly: For parts that need to be spliced, glue or other connection methods are used for bonding and assembly.
Product design
Choose a material suitable for printing, such as thermoplastics, light-cured resins, or metal materials. Consider the material's strength, wear resistance, high temperature resistance and chemical stability, as well as compatibility with molding materials.
