Silicone Mold Parts Safe High Temperature Resistant
Product introduction
This is a high-performance electronic product shell made of high-quality silicone material. It has excellent temperature resistance and various advantages. It is suitable for use in various extreme environments. The maximum temperature resistance can reach 200 degrees Celsius, it can still be used normally without deformation or damage. In low-temperature environments, silicone materials will not become brittle and can maintain their flexibility and elasticity. At the same time, silicone provides good buffering protection to prevent electronic products from being damaged when dropped or bumped.
Production technology
The first is to use CNC processing, 3D printing and other technologies to make mold prototypes. The second is to prepare materials and select suitable silicone materials, usually liquid silicone. Mix the two components of the silicone material (base and curing agent) according to the manufacturer's directions, making sure to mix thoroughly to prevent uneven curing. The third is to pour the liquid silicone material into the mold to ensure that there are no bubbles. The fourth is to place the mold at room temperature or in a heated environment to allow the silicone to solidify. Curing time varies based on the type of silicone material and ambient temperature, but usually takes a few hours to a day. The final is demoulding. After the silicone has cured, carefully remove the silicone mold from the prototype or mold shell.
Product design
When designing the mold, pay attention to the overall structure, including the internal cavity, opening and closing structure, discharge port, etc. Ensure that the mold structure can effectively support the molding needs of the product.
Determine the size and shape of the mold and strictly control the accuracy of the mold to ensure that the product satisfies the size and surface quality required by the design.
