Production profile

Product design
Surface treatment is usually required for hardware to prevent oxidation in the air for a long time. Due to the particularity of this product, surface treatment is required after assembly. There will be scratches on the surface of the product during assembly, and the scratches can be covered by surface treatment. After sandblasting, prepare the final process of radium carving.
In order to ensure that our products are not scratched during transportation, each product needs to be packaged separately, each product is packed in a sealing bag, and the mouth of the bag is sealed to prevent oxidation in the air, one product is packed in a sealing bag, and then put into the carton together.
The whole product has nearly ten processes, US Buckle body product stamping three processes, US Buckle body product stamping two processes, here there are five processes, the sixth process assembly, the seventh process shaping, the eighth process sandblasting, the ninth process radium carving. Finally check the packaging and shipment.
Production process
The last process is radium carving, after the sandblasting process, do a special fixture positioning product, first program the radium carving pattern, fix the product before production, adjust to the appropriate position, and then process.
