After the die casting is completed, the runner roughing is removed with a sawing machine, the runner finishing is removed with CNC, and the holes and grooves are machined with CNC.Deburring, the production process is as follows:

Production technology

We started to cooperate with the customer in 2008. At the beginning, the cooperation was a plastic project, opening mold injection molding, and the cooperation was smooth. In 2011, we cooperated with customers on three plastic projects, open mold injection molding, and the cooperation was relatively smooth. In 2013, we cooperated with customers on three zinc alloy die-casting projects, open mold die-casting molding and post-processing. 
This is one of the zinc alloy die casting projects, steam has a certain representative. 
The selection of the feed port of this product is very important. There is a round hole in the center of the product. We finally feed in the round hole, and then remove the feed port through secondary processing to ensure the rationality of the feed and the size of the product.

Product design

According to the processing allowance is divided into rough machining, semi-finishing and finishing, rough machining allowance is more, the speed is low, the cutting amount is large,  the surface is relatively rough, usually leave about a millimeter, the margin for semi-finishing and finishing, rough machining due to the shape of the workpiece and the tool, the surface allowance is not uniform, at this time you need semi-finishing to remove the excess allowance, the speed is higher than rough machining, The cutting depth is less than the rough machining, and finally the finishing, the machine speed is high, the use of better, relatively new tools, less cutting, high surface accuracy, direct processing to the number. Different processing technology uses different tools, different cutting parameters. 
There are many changes here, and the technical content is high. Products need to be clamped in 
the process of processing, some products can be fixed with ordinary fixtures, some products to design special fixtures to fix, and sometimes need to customize fixtures.
